My sore knee is still a nuisance, aching and stiff maybe 50% of the time, and I have to be careful or I twist it funny and start the whole thing off again. Movement is definitely coming back though. I think the range of motion increases as the pain threshold point moves further away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This afternoon we planted some landscape lighting in the back yard, which runs off a 12-volt cable running around the planters under the surface. The final result is very cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The carpet will be replaced in the front room and master bedroom next week, then maybe we&#8217;ll be able to sleep in a bed instead of on the floor&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re still sleeping on the floor.
