Shortly afterwards I remember promising and joking to my friends that next time I turned 21 I would got out and get a tattoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here I am, having just turned 21 for the second time and I can&#8217;t go out and get a tattoo because I already did that several years ago. At the time I didn&#8217;t even remember my earlier promise. I suppose I could get a second one, but I think not at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I&#8217;m running out of options.
