Windows Genuine Validation My ArseSat, 10 September 2005 09:51 in Computers Has anyone managed to get through the customer-screwing "Genuine Microsoft Windows validation" requirements using the Firefox browser? According to my experience, I can't download specific documents without running Internet Explorer because in FireFox I get the error message "Your current browser cannot run the ActiveX control required by the genuine Windows validation process." Sometimes Microsoft really pisses me off. [update:About effing time: http://www.microsoft-watch.com/article2/0,1995,1889066,00.asp?kc=MWRSS02129TX1K0000535] |
