The Yeast is Still Good

Pizza Night! I felt like getting my hands in some dough this evening, so out with the old packet of active yeast from the back of the fridge, and on with the oven. OK, it's getting a little warm in the evening for having the oven on, so this might not happen again for a while.

But making pizza-dough is fun!

Note to self: Make sure your baking sheet is not too small for the 16" pizza you insist on making, lest you find yourself making an ellipse.
